We are a strategy-led agency that wants to make a true difference in the world of advertising and have a damn good time doing it. There will be laughs, tears and frustrations that make our team at Lizzie Della that much more human and make the work that much stronger. We are a professional family dedicated to developing substantive creative strategies and building long-lasting relationships with our brands.

I am a VP-level strategist based out of New York City. Currently, I lead the strategy department for Obsidianworks - a multicultural agency co-founded by Michael B. Jordan - for all our current accounts and new business. Previously, I worked at Snap Inc., beauty@Gotham, Spike DDB, 72andSunny and have my own agency - Lizzie Della Creative Strategies.

As a first-generation college student who managed to navigate both undergrad and graduate school and corporate America, I love helping current students and recent grads understand the advertising world so please feel free to reach out.

I am a strong advocate for intentional and purposeful diversity in the workplace. Don’t hire us to just check off a box.
